The Director-General of BTO4PBAT27, Adojutelegan Adesuyi Gideon, has expressed strong confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will secure a landslide victory in the South-West during the 2027 general elections.

In a statement issued to the press, Adesuyi said the administration’s policies and well-established political structure in the region place the president in a commanding position ahead of potential challengers.

He noted that ongoing reforms and strategic appointments have further strengthened the ruling party’s influence across key South-West states. He also highlighted the contributions of key government figures, including Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, saying their performance in governance and service delivery is helping to consolidate public support for the president.

Adesuyi dismissed criticisms from opposition parties, insisting that many Nigerians continue to recognise the administration’s achievements.

“Despite claims by the opposition, Nigerians can see the impact of the president’s work. While some point to economic challenges as factors that may shape voter sentiment, we remain confident in his chances. No campaign of calumny will succeed against a performer,” he said.

Addressing concerns over rising fuel prices, Adesuyi attributed the trend to global factors, particularly tensions between Iran and the United States, which he said have affected the international oil market.

He, however, acknowledged that the outcome of the 2027 elections would depend on several factors, including the impact of government policies, party cohesion, and voter turnout.

With political activities gradually gaining momentum, Adesuyi urged members of the group to intensify grassroots mobilisation efforts to ensure victory for the president.
