Academy graduates 39 students, sets new industry standard

Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy has once again reaffirmed its position as a leading institution in professional real estate education with the successful graduation of Cohort 8 (April 2026 Set) at a colourful ceremony held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The graduation ceremony marked another milestone for the academy as 39 new professionals completed their training in real estate practice, property management, land documentation, sales strategy, and investment opportunities.
The event attracted dignitaries, parents, industry stakeholders, and well-wishers who came to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the graduating students.
Speaking during an interview, Harry Excellent Amadi, the Dean of the Faculty of the academy, described the graduation of Cohort 8 as a major step in the institution’s mission of raising competent professionals for Nigeria’s expanding real estate sector.
“Our vision is to continue producing highly trained, disciplined, and result-driven professionals who will transform the real estate industry in Nigeria and beyond. Today’s graduation of Cohort 8 (April 2026) is proof of our commitment to excellence,” the Dean stated.

One of the graduating students, Mr. Darlington Obinwoh, while giving his testimony, praised the academy for its quality training and mentorship.
“Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy is the best real estate school in Nigeria. The practical knowledge, confidence, and exposure I gained here have prepared me for success in the industry,” he said.
The graduates of Cohort 8 (April 2026) include: Darlington Obinwoh, Adaobi Blessing, Wonodi Promise Chinemezu, Erekosima Boma-Onye, Ovundah Chidindu Temple, Chimele Thompson, Joy Onyinyechi Ihunwor, Wobialor Divine Favour Adanma, Okachi-Echem Doris, Lebari Deekae Lucky, Bennett Daisy Ransome, Nwachukwu Agnes Akunna, Prince-Collins C. Onyeatugam, Chukwuka Vitalis Nwokediba, and Joy Kemka Anthony.
Others are; Didi Uchenna Albert, Menebor David Epdeesibari, Ezenwa Chiagoziem Augustine, Emmanuel Blessing Agunbiade, Wilson Ugochukwu Eluwa, Johnson Onyedikachi Grace, Jack Tamunonengiyeofori Sotonye, Blessing Owokwani Ubor, Promise Okon Sylvanus, Ogbonna Daniel Uzor, Davies Blessing Udo, Prince Edmond Danagogo, Joseph Joseph Usoro, Solomon Sylvanus Inyang, Goodness Tinn Nnamdi, Maduforo Herick, Chinweike Nwabueze, Chukwuemerie James Igwesi, Franklin Ezeokoli, Okeke Jessica Oluchi, Mark Goodwill, Atua Blessing Dike, Jeremiah Ekpe Linus, and Beauty Emmanuel Idiong.
The ceremony ended with certificate presentations, photographs, and celebrations as the graduates officially joined the growing community of real estate professionals in Nigeria.
