Veteran actor Vitalis Ndubuisi has advised people to be discreet about personal challenges, saying constant disclosure does not guarantee relief or understanding.

In a video, Ndubuisi described the habit of telling others everything that is wrong as a major life lesson he learned over time.

He said people often assume explaining their problems will bring comfort, but later discover the disclosure achieves little.

The actor said no one truly understands the full weight of another person’s problem because they are not experiencing it directly.

He added that sharing too much can sometimes push people away and create distance in relationships.

Ndubuisi advised individuals to keep their problems to themselves instead of expecting others to provide solutions.

“One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in life is to stop telling people everything that is wrong with you. It’s a big mistake to think that after explaining what you’re going through, people will offer relief.

"Later, you may discover that such outpouring achieves little because nobody truly understands the full weight of your problem since they are not there with you. Sometimes, after explaining everything to them, they even start distancing themselves from you. So keep your problems to yourself", he said.
