Quoting Esther 4:14, she noted, “Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this,” adding that although her passing came with shock and sadness, there was comfort in the assurance that she had gone to be with the Lord.
“She was a cherished member of the Ilupeju Chapter and a devoted daughter of Zion. Painful as it may be, we take solace in the fact that her works will continue to speak,” she said, praying for God’s comfort upon the family and the church.
Also paying tribute, Apostle Folorunso Alakija of Rose of Sharon Glorious Ministry International described Bishop Dauji as a “Kingdom General” whose life reflected strength, vision, and unwavering commitment to the gospel.
“She fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith,” Alakija said, adding that the late bishop was not only a fellow labourer in God’s vineyard but also a trusted friend and dependable Kingdom partner.
According to her, Dauji demonstrated a strong commitment to unity in the Body of Christ, partnering consistently in crusades and ministry assignments over the past eight years.

Delivering his sermon at the funeral service, the President and Founding Pastor-General of Rhema Christian Church & Tower International, Archbishop Taiwo Akinola, urged Nigerians to reflect on the transient nature of life and prepare for eternity.
He noted that the Body of Christ would greatly miss her humility, dedication, and “ruggedness of faith,” which he said distinguished her ministry.
Similarly, the Presiding Bishop of Vineyard Christian Ministries Inc., Archbishop John Osa-Oni, called on Nigerians to emulate the late bishop’s lifestyle of service and compassion.
He described her as “a fantastic woman of God, full of peace and joy,” who was always reaching out to the needy and impacting lives positively.
In an emotional tribute, her son, Uchenna Obi, described her passing as an unbearable loss, noting that she was not only his mother but also his spiritual counsellor, business partner, and confidant.
He, however, encouraged Christians to remain steadfast and committed to serving God, saying her life should serve as a source of motivation for others.
Dignitaries at the event reflected on Bishop Dauji’s enduring legacy, agreeing that though she is gone, her impact in ministry and the lives she touched will continue to resonate for generations.
