“The intervention that facilitated release of 4,000 through payment of fines speaks to a humane approach to justice. Improvements in fire and emergency response times, with promotion of over 70,000 in two years, showed commitment to institutional efficiency and workforce motivation.

“These are not just figures—they reflect real outcomes. Families reunited. Opportunities regained. Public servants re-energised. This is leadership that prioritises results over rhetoric,” he said.
Fagbemigun, who noted that these achievements align with the vision of the President ’s Renewed Hope Agenda, lauded the minister for being a key driver of the vision.
He said clearance of 200,000 passport application backlogs restored confidence in a system plagued by delays.
“For youths home and abroad, this is significant. It challenges assumptions about public office and reinforces belief effective, integrity-driven leadership is possible.
“On behalf of Okitipupa council, Ondo State, and Nigerians, I greet Dr. Tunji-Ojo on this milestone. At 44, his record in office stands as a testament to what a focused leader can achieve,” Fagbemigun said.
