The Deputy National Publicity Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC), Durosinmi Meseko, has praised security agencies for their recent “decisive dismantling” of armed bandit cells across Kogi State.

In a statement, Meseko listed the tactical gains made by a joint task force of security operatives, which resulted in the destruction of insurgent camps, rescue of several kidnapped victims, and apprehension of high-profile bandits.

Meseko attributed the successes to the strategic leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, praising his administration’s commitment to making Kogi a “no-go area” for criminal elements.

“The recent successes recorded on the field are a clear testimony to the proactive security architecture put in place by Governor Ododo. The synergy between the state government and federal security agencies is yielding tangible results that the people of Kogi can see and feel,” Meseko said.
