The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dayo Israel, has convened the inaugural edition of the Renewed Hope Conversations at the University of Abuja.
The event brought together ministers, heads of government agencies and over 1,000 students for a dialogue aimed at strengthening youth engagement with federal policymakers.
Designed to provide young Nigerians with direct access to decision-makers under the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the maiden edition focused on education reform, job creation, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and youth inclusion in governance.
Students interacted with government officials, raising questions on national development priorities, sharing concerns and proposing ideas in what organisers described as an open and interactive session.
The government delegation included the Minister of Education, Maruf Tunji Alausa; Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa; Minister of State for Regional Development, Uba Maigari Ahmadu; and Special Adviser to the President on Economic Affairs, Tope Fasua.
