An aspirant for Egbeda Constituency in Oyo State House of Assembly on the plathorm of APC, Temitope Olawoyin, has promised to deliver quality legislative plans and policies.

She said her aspiration was born out of demand by constituents, noting she is the only trusted woman aspirant since creation of the ciouncil in 1989.

Olawoyin listed her plans and policies to include development-backed legislation, empowerments for youths, women and the elderly.

The chieftain, who hails from Ward 7, said she had identified the needs of her constituency, noting only her representation could transform the area.

The University of Ibadan and Covenant University alumna decried the growing population of destitute in the constituency without any solution by the PDP lawmaker representing the constituency.

She said only a grassroots lawmaker solve the problem.

“It is an eyesore that beggars grow in our area, Alakia, Gbagi-Olaogun axis. This is poor legislative representation.”

Olawoyin pledged to renew the hope of the constituency, saying ‘’it is time for a transformative mission.’’

She added: “Before now, I have raised many out- of-school-children in schools of their choice. My foundation has empowered youths, women and the elderly. If elected, I will empower more people.’’

She urged leaders and members to rally for her ambition, noting they should be wary of propaganda from aspirants ahead of the  elections.
