The Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area, Dr. Lukman Agbaje, has sworn-in newly appointed Supervisors and Special Advisers, charging them to work diligently for the development of the council.

He urged the appointees to uphold transparency and accountability, work collaboratively with the legislative arms and management teams, and to promote and unity in the council.

He expressed confidence that the appointees will be of good character and performance.

“You are stepping into an office that directly impacts the daily lives of our people, You must therefore see your role as a platform for service, not a position of privilege,” he said.

He added that they must be proactive, God-fearing, and do their best in their assigned departments.

One of the Supervisors, Okewu Olabode, expressed gratitude to the chairman, party leadership, and stakeholders, promising to deliver and abide by the code of conduct, rules, and regulations guiding their work.

“We promise to work with the chairman and the legislative arms,” he said.

Olabode assured residents that the tream would work with one another to ensure meaningful development for Ayobo-Ipaja communities.
