The newly elected Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State, Warman Ogoriba, has assured that nothing will break the ranks of the party in the state.

Ogoriba described as a "pipe dream" the opposition parties' expextations that the APC in the state would implode after the conclusion of ward, local and state congresses in Bayelsa.

He described the just-concluded congresses  as the most peaceful and united since the foundation of the APC in Bayelsa.

Ogoriba spoke at the weekend when the state and local Glgovernment coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), led by Chief Tiwei Orunimighe visited him in Yenagoa.

He insisted  that the prevailing peace in the state would be sustained adding that  the new executive members of the party were set for confidence building and sustenance of unity as  demonstrated by stakeholders, party leaders and members during the last congresses.

He said: "We are operating an open-door policy and have started visiting stakeholders to ensure that the fold of the party is not open to acrimony. Those in the opposition dreaming that there would be an implosion within the APC before they can survive will be disappointed."

Ogoriba also assured the members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) and other pro-President Bola Tinubu's organisations in the state of the party's support ahead of campaigns and elections in the state.

He described the campaign organisations as a "fuel station" required to push for successful campaigns and the victory of Tinubu and other candidates in 2027.

Ogoriba urged the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) and other political groups supporting APC to work in unity with the party to deliver a landslide victory.

" I urge you to support the process of building peace, unity, and oneness in the party" he said.

Earlier in his speech, Orunimighe said: "As Ambassadors, we are ready to campaign for President Tinubu. And we are ready to campaign with the party for President Bola Tinubu. The instruction from the national is for all NGOs to work with the party structures. And if we work and liaise with the party, the victory for the party will be massive".
