Arokodare, 25, could face a significant wage reduction if he remains for Championship football, but interest from Beşiktaş offers a possible escape route.
Wolves reportedly rejected a €15m bid in January, holding out for €25–30m.
The striker, who joined from KRC Genk for €22m, has scored three goals and provided one assist in 28 league appearances this season. His contract runs until 2029.
He previously came close to joining Trabzonspor before opting to stay in Belgium.
