Speaking at her 'Creative Blueprint' event, Funke Akindele revealed that working alongside Bimbo Akintola is a daunting experience, citing the actress' remarkable skill and depth.
Funke added that she often studies Bimbo's performances, analysing her reactions and modulations, and uses them as a benchmark to improve her own craft.

She said, “There’s only one actor that I always shake for then. If she acts, I rethink my career. Abimbola Akintola… she’s deep.
“That’s the actor that if you put me with, I’ll go and rethink my career. But I usually study her, all her reactions and modulations, and I told myself, Funke, keep learning.”
