Intrapreneur Project is to launch Power of Work Bootcamp, a training to revolutionise workforce engagement and productivity in Lagos, with 750 participants.

A shift in training methodology, it will address a gap in conventional corporate training beyond traditional skill development to focus on mindset transformation. Anchored in Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle framework, the bootcamp emphasises the ‘Why’ behind work – the missing element between corporate training investments and measurable results.

“Real change arises from the inside out,” the vision statement said. “While firms meet levels of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, they fail to address the highest level of motivation: Self-Actualisation. The bootcamp bridges this gap by turning workers into intrapreneurs –driven, enthusiastic, self-assured, and action-oriented.”

The programme features five modules in three segments, combining hands-on learning, self-evaluation, and practical strategy development. Participants will engage in interactive exercises, revolution mapping sessions, and Q&A, with each receiving a workbook and digital innovation toolkit.

Leading the bootcamp is Ndidi Ukaonu, a leadership expert. Ukaonu is author of Power of Work, Career Navigator, and Managing Your Boss. She has delivered training at TEDx, The Platform, GTBank, Stanbic IBTC, Access Bank, and others.

Expected outcomes are Enhanced ownership and accountability mindsets; Improved innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration capabilities; Practical implementation tools and strategies; and Increased confidence as well as leadership readiness.

The programme offers flexible options of registrations, as well as partnership opportunities at Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels. Partnership packages include participant tickets, venue branding, and workbook advertising opportunities.

“The focus is on intensive skill development, hands-on learning, and practical transformation rather than passive knowledge sharing,” emphasizes the programme structure.

For organisations seeking to unlock discretionary energy, drive measurable transformation, and cultivate a culture of ownership and innovation, the Power of Work Bootcamp represents a unique opportunity to invest in true workforce transformation.
