The current Chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Cornelius Ojelabi has been re-elected for a second term in office.
Ojelabi, a pastor, was a former Commissioner for Rural Development in Lagos State.
The congress for the state chapter of the APC took place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
The Nation learnt that leaders of the party reached a consensus that Ojelabi should return as the Chairman of the party.
Notable APC stalwarts including the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat; Former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode; members of the Governance Advisory Council (GAC), others, were in attendance.

The Special Assistant on Media to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Wale Ajetunmobi in an update on his "X" page (formerly Twitter) said: "Lagos APC returns Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi as chairman for another term during the State party congress held at Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, today."
