A Container Truck loaded with goods on Saturday crashed into tricycles and motorbikes parked by the roadside at the popular Molete roundabout, Ibadan.
It was gathered that the accident occurred when the driver of the truck was trying to navigate through the Molete roundabout as motorists and passersby scampered for safety.
The affected trucks and motorcycles were parked to pick up passengers to their different destinations in the area when the accident happened.
At the time of this report, it could not be ascertained whether passengers were inside the affected motorcycles and tricycles.
Although sources hinted that some victims are being trapped under the container, the number of casualties could not be ascertained at the time of this report.

Police authorities confirmed the incident.
When contacted, the spokesman for the Oyo Command, Ayanlade Olayinka, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), confirmed the deployment of police to the scene of the accident to prevent loss of life and ease human and vehicular movement.
He said the police were supported by sister agencies, the Federal Road Safety Commission, Amotekun, and the people living in the neighbourhood.
Meanwhile, the outgoing Minister of Power and leading All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Oyo State, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, has commiserated with victims of the tragic accident.
In a statement issued through his media aide, Comrade Femi Awogboro, Adelabu expressed deep sympathy to those who sustained injuries and to the families of the victims the crash.
He prayed for the quick recovery of the injured and fortitude for those traumatised by the incident.
Adelabu lamented the recurring nature of road accidents within the Ibadan metropolis, noting that the Molete corridor has become a flashpoint due to heavy vehicular movement and poor traffic management.
He called for urgent intervention by relevant authorities to prevent future occurrences.
