Content creator Cute Abiola has responded to criticism that trailed the release of a personal documentary chronicling his wife’s childbirth experience.

In a post on X, following the online reactions, he said he was overwhelmed by the volume of emotional messages, prayers, and personal testimonies shared in the YouTube comment section after the video was released.

He noted that beyond the criticism, many viewers opened up about their own experiences, expressing solidarity, resilience, and empathy.

Rather than engage detractors directly, Abiola focused on the positive impact the documentary appeared to have generated among viewers.

He said he was grateful for sharing the experience, adding that the decision to be open about such a personal moment had helped inspire individuals going through difficult situations.

According to him, life is not always without challenges, stressing that vulnerability can sometimes serve as encouragement for others facing similar struggles.

"Since yesterday, when I shared our documentary, I have been reading through the comments on YouTube...and honestly, I am overwhelmed. So many emotional messages... so many prayers...so many people sharing their own stories. I saw strength, love, and humanity in the comment section, and I felt the need to share some of them here.

"I am glad I shared this journey. I am glad I was vulnerable. And most importantly, I am glad this story has motivated someone out there who might be going through a difficult time.Life is not always perfect, but sometimes sharing our struggles gives hope to others", he wrote.

"To everyone who watched, prayed, supported, and sent kind words. thank you. My family and I truly appreciate you", he concluded.

The documentary captured raw and emotional moments as his wife, Khurat, underwent her third Caesarean section in four years for the safe delivery of their second child.

While many applauded the couple’s faith and openness, others criticised the decision to publicly share such intimate medical and family moments, sparking debates about privacy boundaries in content creation.

The couple recently welcomed their newborn, with the birth announced earlier this month.
