According to Cycling Federation Technical Director Bashir Mohammed, the preparation phase is crucial.

“This is a critical step in assembling a strong Team Nigeria contingent,” he said.

Cyclists are currently undergoing structured assessments and competitive evaluations aimed at selecting a merit-based national team.

With Abuja set to host competitors from across Africa, organizers are focused on presenting a well-prepared and competitive Nigerian squad.
