Edo monarch confers chieftaincy title on indigene

The Ogie and Clan Head of Ivbiaro Kingdom in Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State, HRH Alimu Abu Oshameh has bestowed chieftaincy title on Chief Haruna Umaru Iriafen as the Iruokhaokpa of Ivbiaro Kingdom.

The title was bestowed on Chief Haruna Umaru Iriafen by the Ogie and Clan Head of Ivbiaro Kingdom, HRH Alimu Abu Oshameh in his luxurious palace on Saturday, April 4, in line with Chief Haruna Umaru’s uncommon integrity, pleasant disposition, antecedents and pedigree. Elated Haruna after the conferment of the chieftaincy title, thanked God and commended HRH Alimu Abu Oshameh for the satisfactory ceremony and the conferment of the chieftaincy title on him.

He prayed God to continue to bless and protect the Monarch.

Hear him: “Thank God for the chieftaincy title. I pray God to continue to bless and protect the Monarch and the people of Ivbiaro Community at home and in Diaspora”, he satisfactorily stated.
