Rangers International FC Chief Coach Ekeh Ekenedilichukwu has expressed disappointment following Rangers International FC’s 3-1 defeat to Shooting Stars SC in their NPFL Matchday 32 encounter.

Reflecting on the result, Ekeh acknowledged the unpredictable nature of football but admitted the loss was a setback for his side.

“That is football; you win, draw, or lose. It has come and gone, and we must prepare for the next game,” he stated.

The Rangers tactician maintained that his team executed their tactical plans effectively but were ultimately undone on the day.

“We did all we could in terms of tactics and preparation, but it ended in defeat. We have to accept it,” he added.

However, Ekeh did not hold back in his assessment of the officiating, suggesting that key decisions did not meet expected standards.

“It was not fair officiating, though the game is over now,” he remarked.

Despite the defeat, Rangers are second on the log with 54 points and remain focused on bouncing back in their next fixture on Sunday at home to Barau FC.
