Business leaders and management experts have called on organisations to prioritise investment in human capital as a critical driver of long-term success and sustained performance.
The call was made at the Emages Executive Talk Show 3.0, organised by Emages Multimedia Limited through its professional leadership network, Executive Platforms, at Providence Hotel.
The one-day forum brought together a diverse audience including CEOs, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, investors, and young professionals for a transformative experience centred on leadership excellence and business innovation.
With the theme: “Equipping People and Organisations to Unleash Sustained Performance,” it is a dynamic platform for insightful discussions on leadership development, organisational culture, talent empowerment, innovation, and adaptability in an evolving global economy.
Convener, and Chief Executive Director of Emages Multimedia, Elawure Omotayo, said the initiative would equip leaders with tools to maximise potential of their workforce.
He said organisations that seek enduring success must be deliberate in building the capacity of their people. “When you come here, you will learn how to make people in your organisation bigger than they have been and have bigger impact than they have had,” he said.
He added that sustained performance is not accidental but requires intentional leadership, continuous learning and strategic investment in people.
