Fasino Powerlifting Club delivered an outstanding performance at the recently concluded Pure Powerlifting International Championship in Cote d'Ivoire emerging as one of the standout teams at the event.

Led by coach Oredugba Akinolawale, the Fasino delegation — comprising lifters Emmanuel Tuesday, Blessing Adebimpe, Favour Agboro, and Onome Omolola Didih — battled through an intense and physically demanding championship to secure remarkable results.

The club finished the competition with an impressive haul of three gold medals, while also producing the Second Best Female Lifter and Third Best Female Lifter of the entire championship.

Despite facing logistical and competitive challenges, the team credited their success to resilience, preparation, and unwavering faith.

The delegation also expressed deep appreciation to the Chairman of Fasino Powerlifting Club for providing crucial financial support that ensured their successful participation at the international event.

Fans and well-wishers were equally acknowledged for their encouragement before, during, and after the championship, as Fasino Powerlifting Club continues to cement its reputation as a rising force on the powerlifting circuit.
