Activities leading to the commencement of today's area Council elections in Abuja have started in Kuje Area Council with the movement of Security operatives and election materials.
As at 7am, security operatives left the Kuje divisional police station to the various voting centers.

Our correspondent who is presently on ground also observed the distribution of voting materials at Science Primary School, Kuje where corps members and other electoral officers are collecting election materials.
After collection, it was observed that they were accompanied by security operatives to the various polling units.
The area council is calm.
