With the theme, *“Intentional Leadership: Leading by Design, Not by Default,”* the masterclass is designed to challenge conventional leadership approaches while inspiring a new generation of purposeful and results-driven school leaders across the continent.

Convener of the programme, renowned education expert and school leadership coach, Tope Adenuga, emphasised the importance of intentionality in school leadership.

He said "every thriving school is a product of intentional decisions, systems, and leadership actions,”.
