To boost digital resilience for local businesses, leading cloud automation provider CloudVantage has released an automated toolkit designed to eliminate downtime while cutting operational costs.

The new features, Autoscaling and Alarming, act as an intelligent management system for a company’s digital core.

Traditionally, Nigerian businesses had to choose between risking a crash during high traffic or overpaying for idle server space.

CloudVantage’s CEO, Muhideen Ashiru, explains how the new tech solves this: "Traditionally, Nigerian businesses have faced a difficult choice: either risk a total system crash during peak traffic periods or overspend on dormant server space to ensure stability.

"CloudVantage’s Autoscaling capability resolves this dilemma by dynamically adjusting computing power in real-time," Ashiru said.

He likened the system to a thermostat: it automatically expands capacity during spikes and retracts during quiet hours, ensuring companies only pay for what they use.

The second half of the toolkit is the alarming system, which acts as a proactive monitor to catch technical hitches before they affect customers.

"Complementing this is the Alarming system, a 24-hour monitoring tool that serves as a digital sentry.

"The feature continuously tracks system health and provides instantaneous notifications to technical teams the moment a performance threshold is crossed.

"This proactive approach allows organizations to resolve underlying technical hitches before they escalate into service disruptions for the end-user," Ashiru added.

Ashiru emphasizes that business leaders should no longer have to choose between performance and price.

"The update is rooted in providing business leaders with peace of mind. By giving businesses the ability to adapt instantly to fluctuating market demands, CloudVantage is empowering them to maintain full visibility and control over their digital infrastructure."

By automating these complex tasks, CloudVantage allows technical teams to stop worrying about server management and focus on innovation and customer service, reinforcing their commitment to scalable solutions for the African market.
