The meeting marked the foundation’s first formal board engagement of the new year and provided a platform for discussions on the organisation’s vision, programmes and leadership direction as it prepares for another year of humanitarian service.

The foundation maintains to play a critical role in social intervention, offering shelter, rehabilitation and support services to some of Nigeria’s most vulnerable groups.

Its key programmes; Genesis House, House of Refuge, and Bethesda Child Support Agency, presented their 2026 forecasts, outlining interventions, expected outcomes and areas of growth.

Board members engaged the presenters, asking questions and offering insight to ensure the foundation’s work remains inclusive and aligned with its core mandate.

Her presentation detailed priorities, short-term operational goals and medium-term strategies to strengthen programme delivery, governance structures and stakeholder engagement.

Participants described the session as energising.

The combination of strategic clarity, leadership transition and programme planning set a positive tone for the year ahead, with 2026 projected to be a defining year for the organisation.

In his closing remarks, new board Chair, Mr. Ayokunle Ojo, reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the foundation’s leadership and advancing its mission of transformation and restoration.
