Agunbiade, who hails from Ado-Ekiti, was born into the respected Akogun family. He is the son of the late Evangelist Lasese Agunbiade, JP, a renowned musician and faith leader whose influence significantly shaped his values and leadership philosophy.

He attended Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, where he began demonstrating entrepreneurial initiative by engaging in consulting activities across various sectors.
His quest for professional advancement later took him to India, where he further developed expertise in agriculture and animal sciences, gaining insights into sustainable systems and food security within emerging economies.
Agunbiade’s professional journey includes collaborations and engagements connected to international development frameworks, with work linked to global institutions such as the World Bank and the United Nations ecosystem.
He also played a role in facilitating international football talent scouting, coordinating expatriate movements into Nigeria for talent identification and development.
Now based in Houston, Texas, he operates as a diaspora entrepreneur, overseeing ventures spanning infrastructure, energy, real estate investment and technical services.
