Ijeawele Group, a leading Nigerian integrated lifestyle and mobility ecosystem, has launched its technology-driven hire-purchase driver app.
The app launch took place at its 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was held at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
The AGM also featured a year of disciplined execution and robust financial performance.
Chief Technical Officer Emmanuel Temitope Ayela said the app introduces a unique dual-participation model, adding that a driver can become an investor, and an investor can become an operator.
He said the group is digitizing asset ownership to empower the people who power its mobility.
The app allows qualified drivers to acquire commercial vehicles (Bikes & Tricycles) through a structured repayment plan while operating within the group's ecosystem.

Chief Financial Officer Maduka Daniel Elvis emphasised that the integrity of the hire-purchase framework is built on trust, transparency, and commercial discipline, stressing that asset is insured, tracked via GPS, and governed by strict risk management controls, ensuring protection of investor capital while expanding access to ownership.
He noted that the group’s initial unit, Ijeawele Invest, has built a strong asset-backed foundation with 338 active investors supporting the hire-purchase model. He said assets sold are worth over N800 million.
Chief Operating Officer Egbo Jerry Chima outlined the five strategic pillars for the coming year, stressing that the group is poised for continued governance and risk discipline, fleet scale expansion, institutional capital partnerships, launch of the Ijeawele Super App, among others.
The group expressed gratitude to the 2,758 registered users and stakeholders for their trust.
