Reality TV star and entrepreneur Tacha has been awarded two Guinness World Records for her exceptional makeup artistry, completing 82 cosmetic makeovers in eight hours and 143 makeovers in 24 hours.

The records were certified following a marathon makeup session at the Tacha Beauty Festival, held at the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History in October 2025.

Tacha took to social media to announce the achievement, dedicating the awards to women pursuing their ambitions despite facing doubts and obstacles.

She wrote, "I want to take a moment to officially unveil my two @guinnessworldrecords plaques 82 makeovers in 8 hours and 143 makeovers in 24 hours with this beautiful SUIT from @prudent_gabriel

"And For anyone that knows me, you already know I like to do things myself… one-man mopo. Not because I enjoy doing everything alone, but because sometimes if you want something done right, you have to be involved in the process.

"But let me be honest, even with the platform I have, even after being in this industry for years, it still wasn’t easy putting together a three-day beauty festival and attempting 2 Guinness World Record.

"Some brands that initially wanted to sponsor the festival pulled out at the very last minute. A lot of people simply didn’t believe it was possible.

"They said, “How can one person be good at influencing, advocacy, be a graduate, a reality TV star, a philanthropist, a CEO running businesses… and still be a professional makeup artist?”

"To them, it just didn’t make sense. But I’m grateful to God through his son PAPA @flourishpeters that I was able to prove that it is POSSIBLE. Because one thing I know for sure is this:

"What God cannot do does not exist. It has never existed and it will never start existing now.

"So today, I dedicate these awards to every amazing woman out there every woman who is still dreaming, every woman who is still on her journey of becoming, every woman who sometimes doubts herself but still keeps going. Look at this and remember: Whatever you put your mind to do, you can achieve it."
