gathering reflects the Resort’s continued commitment to creating platforms that empower women to lead, collaborate, and thrive. This year’s theme, Give to Gain, is a reminder that collective progress is driven by shared growth and intentional support.

The event reinforced the critical role of mentorship, support systems, and collective advancement in shaping sustainable success for women across industries.

A major highlight of the retreat was the engaging panel session, which featured accomplished women from diverse sectors who shared practical insights from their leadership journeys, business growth experiences, and the importance of empowering others along the way.

This was complemented by an interactive session, where participants engaged directly with speakers, fostering deeper conversations and real-time knowledge exchange.

The retreat also featured a curated exhibition stand that showcased a range of women-led businesses. Serving as both a commercial and experiential touchpoint, the exhibition enabled participants to present their products and services, build visibility, and connect with a targeted and influential audience. The exhibition further underscored the depth of innovation and enterprise within the women-led business ecosystem.

As a flagship initiative, the Executive Women Retreat continues to position Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort as a hub for thought leadership, high-impact gatherings, and transformative experiences.
