Hon. Frank Ilaboya is set to formally declare his intention to contest for a seat in the Edo State House of Assembly on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
The declaration ceremony, described as the “Mother of All Declarations,” will hold at the Owan West Local Government Secretariat in Sabongidda Ora, Edo State, at 10 a.m.
In a statement personally signed by the aspirant, Ilaboya called on sons and daughters of Owan West, particularly members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to attend the event.
“We are set for an elaborate flag-off ceremony we have codenamed ‘Mother of All Declarations in Owan West.’ Everything has been put in place for a successful outing,” he said.
Sources within the aspirant’s camp indicated that the entire party structure in the local government is expected to be present at the event, underscoring strong backing for his ambition.
“I am pleased to announce that the entire party structure in Owan West will be on ground for this ceremony,” he added.
