A senatorial aspirant for Owerri Zone, Chetachi Ecton Nwoga, has reaffirmed her commitment to party unity and grassroots mobilisation within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State.

Nwoga spoke during a stakeholders’ meeting attended by Governor Hope Uzodimma, where leaders reviewed party structures and strategies ahead of future political engagements.

She described unity as critical to the party’s strength, urging members to close ranks and work towards sustaining the APC’s dominance in the state.

According to her, the governor’s address reinforced confidence in a shared vision for growth and development.

The meeting, party sources said, focused on strengthening internal cohesion and aligning stakeholders towards common goals for the progress of Imo State.

Highlighting her contributions, Nwoga cited her support for the reconstruction of the state party secretariat, noting that strong institutions are key to effective administration and stability.

Nwoga stressed that achieving political stability requires sacrifice, patience and collective resolve, adding that peace and unity remain essential for development.

In a show of support, the aspirant donated N40 million to the party at the meeting.

The contribution brings her total donations to the APC in Imo State to N70 million, following an earlier N30 million support to the Owerri Zone.
