The Imo State Football Association has announced an adjustment to the fixtures for the ongoing President’s Federation Cup, with teams urged to strictly comply with the revised schedule.

The Head of Technical Department, Charles Nnadi, confirmed the changes and called on all participating clubs to take note of the new dates and kick-off times to ensure a smooth continuation of the competition.

According to the updated fixtures, matches will resume today, with Okpotemba FC facing Markan FC at 1:00pm, followed by a 3:00pm clash between Akonye FC and OISA FC.

On April 9, Giant Brillars will take on Jossy Lad at 1:00pm, before Heartland FC square off against Egbema Brighter Stars at 3:00pm. Notably, the Heartland fixture is a first-round tie, despite being listed alongside second-round matches.

All games scheduled for April 9 will be played at the Township Stadium on Tetlow Road, Owerri.

The competition will continue on April 14 at the same venue, where Campos FC will face Kun Khalifat B at 1:00pm. Later that day, Kun Khalifat FC will battle Campos B at 3:00pm.

Nnadi emphasized the importance of adherence to the revised timetable, stating that all teams must comply with the adjustments to avoid disruptions as the tournament progresses.
