Former Ondo State governorship aspirant, Bosun Arebuwa, has issued an Easter message to Nigerians, urging unity and compassion amid the country's security challenges.
In a statement, Arebuwa reflected on the significance of Easter, calling it a reminder of sacrifice, hope, and renewal. He urged citizens to live selflessly and work collectively for progress.

However, the message was tinged with grief as he lamented the recent violence in Taraba, Plateau, Benue, Katsina, and Zamfara states, describing the killings as tragic and unsettling.

Arebuwa extended condolences to bereaved families, urging them to remain steadfast in faith and prayer. He appealed to perpetrators of violence to renounce bloodshed and embrace peaceful coexistence.
He called on the Federal Government to take urgent steps to protect lives and property, stressing that unity is key to sustainable peace and development.
Looking ahead to the 2027 elections, Bosun Arebuwa cautioned against allowing political differences to inflame tensions, urging Nigerians to prioritise national interest and mutual respect.
He also advocated dialogue and understanding in resolving tensions involving INEC, APC, and ADC, and encouraged civic participation in the democratic process.
He assured his supporters that he would declare his political intentions at the appropriate time and urged them to remain patient and engaged in party processes.
