Convener of Bola Ahmed Tinubu Ideological Group, Bamidele Atoyebi, has hailed President Bola Tinubu administration for expanding recruitment in federal institutions, improving infrastructure and stabilising key economic indicators.
Atoyebi, who said the government has recorded progress in employment generation, education funding, transportation and financial sector reforms, added that federal ministries, departments and agencies, as well as parastatals, tertiary institutions and research centres are recruiting Nigerians in significant numbers.

He said increased allocations to states has enhanced their capacity to implement humanitarian and welfare programmes.
Speaking on education, he noted that Nigerian Education Loan Fund has supported students, while Tertiary Education Trust Fund has improved lecturers’ welfare, training and development.
He said the relative absence of industrial actions by Academic Staff Union of Universities reflects improved engagement between government and academic unions.
The group listed infrastructure projects, including Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, rehabilitation of Abuja-Lokoja Road and road upgrades in Federal Capital Territory.
Others are Sokoto-Badagry, Oyo-Ogbomoso, East-West and Ilorin-Jebba-Mokwa corridor.
On the economy, Atoyebi said reforms has strengthened foreign reserves, improved international usability of our payment cards and supported relative stability in foreign exchange and monetary policy.
In aviation, he said settlement of airline indebtedness has encouraged return of international carriers, such as Emirates, while renewed confidence in the industry reflected in improved safety ratings.
Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, said the rating is due to stronger regulatory compliance and implementation of corrective plans in aviation agencies and operators.
