The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has commenced efforts towards providing affordable housing for its 40,000 members nationwide, the association’s national president, Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi Shettima has said.
Expressing confidence in the accelerating value of Abuja real estate in places where developers adequately comply with the Federal Capital Territory’s laws and regulations on land use, Shettima emphasised IPMAN’s resolve to ensure that quality homes are built at the new IPMAN/G4Tech Energy Estate along Airport road.
Speaking on Friday while leading a delegation of IPMAN’s National Executive Council, Central Working Committee and other members to inspect the site close to Aiben Property’s 1, 000 hectares Hutu Royal Estate and the Centenary City Project, the IPMAN President emphasised the association’s strong resolve to ensure that interested ones among its 40,000 members own homes with high investment value in Abuja.
“We have people of various backgrounds from east, west, north and other parts of the country working all over Nigeria and this site is a very strategic area, with great investment value and the houses are so well-designed that even any nation’s president can consider occupying one,” he said.

In their brief remarks, IPMAN’s National Secretary, Chief James Terlumun Tor and its National Director of Administration, Mr. Chidi Nnubia noted members’ great pleasure that the project is coming alive during their time.
“The vision for IPMAN’s consideration of this project is borne out of the IPMAN President’s long and productive private sector experience and our members urge G4Tech Limited not to relent in efforts towards delivering a quality housing project for IPMAN members and their families,” Chief James Terlumun Tor stated.
Project Manager of G4Tech Limited, Engineer Olajide Adesina applauded IPMAN for entrusting such critical projects into capable indigenous hands.
“We are glad that IPMAN has entrusted G4Tech with the responsibility of building the 1, 500 units in the first phase of its housing project; this project is located very close to the futuristic Aiben Properties’ Hutu Royal Estate near the Centenary City along the Lugbe – Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport road and only few minutes’ drive from the airport.
“In conformity with IPMAN’s vision and our corporate targets, it embraces access to critical infrastructures that make for comfortable living and homes that can be highly appreciating investment assets,” Adesina remarked.
