Qatar-Based Nigerian artiste and hypeman Olanrewaju Odumewu, popularly known as Labosky, has won the Song of the Year award at the Big Ambitions Music (BAM) Awards held in Qatar.

He earned the recognition with his single ‘Sacrifice,’ which has gained traction across the Middle East, further strengthening his growing presence in the region’s music scene.

Labosky, who has built a reputation as a resident hype man and performer in Qatar’s nightlife circuit, continues to expand his reach beyond live performances, leveraging original music to connect with a wider audience.

Reacting to the win, the artiste expressed appreciation to the organisers and his fans for their support.

“Big thanks to the organisers of the Big Ambitions Music Awards for this honour. I didn’t see it coming. I appreciate my fans around the world for their support. This is just the start,” he said.

The BAM Awards celebrate emerging and established talents within Qatar’s diverse music community, with Labosky’s win highlighting the increasing influence of Nigerian artistes within the Middle East entertainment space.
