In a strategic move to strengthen workforce performance and enhance service delivery, the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA) has organised a staff retreat for its officers at Shoregate Hotels, Ikeja GRA.

The retreat, themed “Elevating the Standard: A Commitment to Consumer Rights and Advocacy,” was designed to build staff capacity, promote innovation, and align officers with the THEMES+ Agenda of the Lagos State Government.

Speaking at the opening session, the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of LASCOPA, Afolabi Solebo, stated that the retreat was aimed at bringing all members of staff together to relearn, refocus, and adopt more innovative approaches in the discharge of their duties.
