Mantle Prayer Ministry, Sagamu, Ogun State, recently celebrated its 14th anniversary with a series of impactful initiatives, including road rehabilitation, medical outreach, and evangelism, as part of a three-day celebration.
Speaking to The Nation at the church premises, the founder, Prophet Isaac Olaomo, described the milestone as divinely orchestrated and intended to positively affect the community spiritually, physically, and socially.
“This celebration and these activities were directed by God. Everything we did was meant to impact lives in multiple dimensions,” he said.
Highlighting the church’s commitment to community development, Prophet Olaomo revealed that the ministry undertook the repair of severely damaged roads spanning approximately three and a half kilometres.
“The road was in terrible condition. We deployed heavy machinery costing millions to restore it. Work faced a temporary delay due to equipment issues, but it will resume next week,” he said.
The ministry also conducted a medical outreach that served nearly 150 non-members in addition to church members. Free medication was distributed, and basic healthcare services were provided to beneficiaries.
In line with divine guidance, the church carried out an evangelistic outreach to Ibefun, a nearby town.
Olaomo explained that the visit was prompted by a revelation. “I had never been to Ibefun before, but God instructed us to go. We plan to return before the end of the month for follow-up evangelism,” he said.
Expressing gratitude to God, Olaomo described the 14th anniversary as a season of “double perfection,” noting that the ministry’s growth has been entirely by divine orchestration.
“Seven signifies perfection prophetically. If it is 14, then it is double perfection. This is a year truly worth celebrating,” he said.
Reflecting on the ministry’s journey, he dismissed any notion of personal ambition as the driving force behind its achievements. “It has just been God. I have never thought of it in human terms,” he stated.
One of the highlights of the anniversary is the ongoing construction of a 5,000-seater cathedral in Sagamu — a project guided entirely by divine instruction.
“In Psalm 132:13-14, it says, ‘This is my rest forever; here I will dwell.’ God chose this location. I am not driven by expansion but by His assignment,” he explained.

Olaomo also disclosed that the cathedral’s design came through a revelation he shared with the architect, and funding has been miraculous. “Since August last year, God assured me it would be completed by this August. Even those unfamiliar with Him felt led to contribute,” he added.
As the church anticipates its 15th anniversary, Olaomo emphasised reliance on divine guidance rather than personal projections. “My focus now is on completing and furnishing the cathedral so that God can be praised here. It will be a 24-hour mountain of prayer open to all,” he revealed.
He called for a return to sound doctrine, warning against excessive focus on miracles, signs, wonders, and commercialisation. “A well-taught member will not easily bring embarrassment to the church,” he noted.
Olaomo further urged believers to engage in prayer, particularly in the face of judicial scrutiny and adverse weather conditions.
