The NANS election is scheduled to take place next month in Abuja, and is expected to draw delegates from tertiary institutions across the country, with stakeholders already calling for a peaceful and transparent process.
The presidential aspirant, who is campaigning under the slogan “Hope-Rebirth 2026,” used the occasion to stress the need for a credible electoral process, warning against any form of malpractice that could undermine the legitimacy of the polls.
“I also used the opportunity to emphasise the importance of a free, fair, and transparent electoral process.
There must be no room for any form of malpractice that could undermine the credibility of this election,” Odumosu stated.
He further underscored the need for values-driven leadership within the student body, insisting that the future of NANS depends on integrity and accountability.
“Our student leadership must be built on integrity, accountability, and the true will of the students,” he added.
