A pro-continuity group, Project Beyond 2027, has called for sustained reforms and policy continuity.

The group, which is campaigning for the consolidation of the administration’s “Renewed Hope Agenda,” held engagements in London alongside the President’s high-level diplomatic meetings.

Led by its Board of Trustees Chairman, Hon. Abiodun M. Yinusa, the delegation said its participation underscored efforts to mobilise support for the administration’s policies both at home and in the diaspora.

Observers said the group’s presence highlighted the growing role of diaspora engagement in Nigeria’s political and economic discourse.

The London gathering brought together stakeholders from government, business, and the Nigerian diaspora, with discussions focused on strengthening international partnerships and sustaining ongoing reforms.

Those present included a lawyer, Seyi Tinubu, patron of the initiative; Chair of APC UK Diaspora, Tunde Doherty; Minister of Trade and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole; APC Volunteers Convener, Taiwo Ayedun (Shanana); and Chief Executive Officer of Softline Tech & Services Sweden, Kunle Ibrahim.

Project Beyond 2027 has emerged in recent months as one of the groups advocating continuity in governance, arguing that ongoing reforms require time and stability to deliver results.

The group said President Tinubu’s policies in his first term have laid the foundation for economic restructuring, improved security, and national development.

According to its leaders, sustaining these reforms through a second term would enable the country to fully realise their intended benefits.

A senior member of the group said continuity was necessary to consolidate progress already made.

“President Tinubu has demonstrated a willingness to address longstanding challenges. What is required now is policy consistency to allow these reforms to mature and translate into tangible gains for Nigerians,” the member said.

The group also used the engagement to call on political leaders, business stakeholders, and members of the diaspora to support ongoing reforms and align with its vision for sustained national development.
