The Governor of Niger State, Umaru Bago, popularly known as the “Farmer Governor,” marked his 52nd birthday, attracting goodwill messages and tributes from across the state.

Among those who felicitated with the Governor is the Bulama of Minna and Director General of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), Dr. Nmaa Ahmed.

In a statement issued to the press on Saturday night, Dr. Ahmed described Governor Bago’s birthday as a celebration of purposeful leadership and visible developmental strides in the state.

He commended the Governor’s courage, resilience, and bold vision in steering the affairs of Niger State.

Dr. Ahmed highlighted the administration’s efforts in job creation, road infrastructure, housing development, and the ongoing agricultural revolution aimed at strengthening food security and stimulating economic growth.

According to him, Governor Bago’s leadership style has fostered unity and renewed hope among the people of the state, regardless of political affiliations.

He prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, and wisdom for the Governor as he continues to serve the people of Niger State with dedication and passion.
