“Your primary responsibility is to study, learn, and develop sound character. Embrace discipline, diligence, and integrity as guiding principles.
You must also shun all forms of social vices, particularly cybercrime, popularly known as ‘Yahoo Yahoo,’ and other get-rich-quick schemes.
“These activities are destructive and have ruined many promising futures. Remember, true wealth comes through hard work, integrity, and the blessings of God.
“The polytechnic operates a zero-tolerance policy towards indiscipline and misconduct. You are therefore expected to abide strictly by the rules and regulations as outlined in the Students’ Handbook. Violations may attract severe penalties, including expulsion. “You are also expected to adhere strictly to the institution’s dress code. Indecent dressing, such as wearing tattered jeans, sagging trousers, Marlian slippers, body tattoos, inappropriate piercings of nose and ears, and other forms of improper appearance is prohibited. Always remember that the way you dress reflects who you are.
