Speaking at the event, Jemras Homes CEO, Mr. Tayo Rasaq, described the development as a milestone, highlighting the successful delivery of 12 fully finished two-bedroom apartments tailored for modern living. He emphasized the company’s commitment to quality, trust, and long-term client relationships.

Rasaq also noted the firm’s rapid growth, with over four major projects delivered within a short period, including a shopping mall, and revealed plans for another large-scale commercial development in Sangotedo along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.

In his remarks, Hon. Olalekan Oba reaffirmed the Lagos State Government’s commitment to supporting real estate development through improved policies and easier regulations aimed at bridging the housing deficit under Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration.

The event concluded with a tour of the apartments and presentation of keys to homeowners, as stakeholders highlighted Abijo GRA, Lekki, as an emerging hub for modern living and smart real estate investment.
