The election was held on February 15 on the school premises at Hawley Street, Lagos Island, marking the end of the previous administration led by Mr Moses Adewoye.

The electoral process, overseen by a five-member committee chaired by Mrs. Olubunmi Odusanya, was lauded for transparency and orderliness. Following a rigorous accreditation process, representatives from various graduating sets—dating back to the Class of 1985—cast their votes in a spirit of unity.
At the end of the electioneering process, Mr. Adigun Sulaimon was elected as the President-General. Other officers and their posts are: Oyedele James- 1st President-General, Mr. Aminu Muyideen- 2nd President-General, Mr. Olawore Adebowale- Secretary-General, Mrs. Betty Joel-Taiwo- Treasurer, Mrs. Akinsanya Fausat - Social Secretary and Mr. Taiwo Omotayo- Public Relations Officer.
