Because of his love for Nigeria and how SMEs play a pivotal role in economies worldwide, serving as drivers of innovation, employment, and economic growth, he developed an interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management within the manufacturing sector, focusing on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria.
It has been observed that SMEs in Nigeria often face unique challenges in adopting and adapting to technological advancements due to resource constraints. And according to him, the utility of AI in SMEs extends beyond immediate financial gains; it also improves overall competitiveness and sustainability in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Over the years, he has examined the key challenges SMEs in Nigeria face when integrating AI into project management in the manufacturing sector and ways to address them. And how does the integration of AI impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of project management in SMEs in the manufacturing sector? During one of his talks to Nigerians in the UK, he recommended that SMEs should invest in comprehensive training programs for their workforce.
Providing employees with the necessary skills and knowledge about AI tools and applications can empower them to leverage AI technologies effectively.
