Leonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-born tech entrepreneur and owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, has passed away at 43 after a prolonged battle with cancer.
According to Forbes, a company spokesperson confirmed his death on Monday, saying Radvinsky died “peacefully after a long battle with cancer.”
Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 and transformed it into a hugely popular platform, generating $1.4 billion in revenue in 2024, with users spending a record $7.2 billion.

At the time of his death, Radvinsky's net worth was estimated at $4.7 billion, ranking him 869th globally and 181st in the US.
He paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends through early 2025. OnlyFans' growth skyrocketed during the COVID-19 pandemic, making Radvinsky a billionaire in 2021.
Radvinsky was known for being secretive, avoiding interviews, and having a controversial early career involving websites directing users to adult content.
He made money from every click and was reportedly in talks to sell OnlyFans for $8 billion.
