Victor Osimhen was the match winner Saturday in the Istanbul Derby against Besiktas for 10-man Galatasaray to consolidate their leadership of the Turkish Super Lig.
Osimhen headed home a cross by Leroy Sane in the 39th minute and that proved to be the difference between the two Istanbul rivals.

It was his 11th goal in the Super Lig.
Sane was later sent off in the 62nd minute for Galatasaray to play the rest of the match a man short.
Galatasaray now have 61 points from 25 matches, seven points clear of second-placed Fenerbache, who have a game in hand.
Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi featured for Besiktas, he came close to drawing them level in the closing minutes of this testy derby.
