The Chairman of Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Adebayo Olasoju, has inspected the ongoing reconstruction of Osolo’s Palace which his administration embarked upon last year.
During a brief visit to the project site, Olasoju expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of architectural work carried out so far, while reemphaszing the need to maintain high standards and ensure timely completion of the project to the project engineer.
Accompanied by some council officials, Olasoju, who was received by the monarch, Oba Isa Abiodun Olakunle Faronbi-Shekoni and some chiefs, noted that the palace, when completed, would not only serve as a symbol of Isolo’s rich cultural heritage but would also stand as a landmark edifice befitting the status of the Osolo of Isolo.

The council boss noted that the project aligns with his administration’s commitment to preserving tradition while embracing modern development.
He reassured that the reconstruction would be completed ahead of the monarch’s first coronation anniversary, adding that no effort would be spared in delivering a durable and aesthetically pleasing structure.
Oba Faronbi-Shekoni lauded Olasoju’s commitment to the project.
The monarch thanked the council boss’ progressive and transformational leadership in Isolo LCDA.
