The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), has expressed confidence that the party will reclaim power in the 2026 governorship election, insisting that no form of pressure will derail its campaign efforts.
Oyebamiji made the remarks on Friday at his campaign office in Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo, during the presentation of campaign vehicles and motorcycles donated by House of Representatives hopeful, Eniade Damilare.

He said the party remains focused on mobilising support across polling units, wards, and local government areas, urging members to intensify grassroots engagement ahead of the August 15, 2026, governorship poll.
According to him, the APC is committed to a structured door-to-door campaign strategy aimed at consolidating support across the state.
The APC campaign Director-General in Osun, Hon. Oluwole Oke, commended the donation, describing it as a boost to the party’s mobilisation efforts.
Eniade Damilare, while presenting the campaign materials, said the gesture was aimed at strengthening logistics for party activities and encouraged members to remain committed to mobilisation efforts.
He added that the party continues to record growing support at the grassroots level ahead of the election.
