The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2026 election in Osun State, Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) has pledged to govern the state with the fear of God if elected.
Oyebamiji, who spoke at the 26th Nasrul-Lahi-L-Faith Society (NASFAT), Osogbo Branch, on Tuesday also assured residents of transparent leadership, accountability and people-centred policies aimed at restoring public trust and accelerating development across the state.
He reaffirmed his faith in God noting that he is a genuine and devoted Muslim who is prepared to govern the people of the state faithfully.
The ex-Managing Director of National Inland Waterways Authority(NIWA), said his contest is divine and he is resolute to run all inclusive and participatory government by raising the bar of governance in the state.
